Life can be difficult, and I enjoy working with individuals to help them heal and enjoy all the good things that life has to offer. I specialize in treating trauma and am trained in Brainspotting and EMDR. I also treat attachment issues, dissociation, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, anger management and grief.
I will provide you with a safe place and hold space for you as we walk through this difficult, yet rewarding journey together.

Mental Health Counselor
Bonnie Ruechel, LPC-IT
I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years. My experience includes working in various mental health settings including inpatient, outpatient, and community non-profit agencies.

I will provide individuals a safe place to process their trauma so they can live life again. I welcome all individuals who are in need of support for anxiety, depression, grief , trauma and PTSD.

I spent my entire adult life surrounded by law enforcement and first responders. As the wife of a retired Sheriff Deputy, I have a good understanding of the challenges faced by those who give in service to others. Understanding the sacrifices they make on a daily basis is the reason my population of choice is first responders, families of first responders, and military personnel. My specialty consists of working with those living with trauma and PTSD.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Brainspotting. I use both these techniques on a daily basis with impressive results in a short period of time. Using these techniques allows individuals to process traumatic experiences with very little talk therapy.

Nicki Woitula, MSW, APSW
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach that honors the uniqueness of each person and their lived experiences. I prioritize providing neurodiverse-affirming care and strive to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel seen, respected, and supported for who they are.

I work with children (age 5+), adolescents, and adults, supporting them through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, autism, trauma and post-traumatic stress, depression, women’s issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, and stress management. I also have a special interest in working with parents of dependents with special health care needs.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I draw from evidenced-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Brainspotting, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and my Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I’ve had the privilege of working with neurodiverse individuals of all ages, as well as with refugee populations, which has deepened my appreciation for the diverse ways people experience the world and build resilience.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, gardening, and caring for our pets. These personal joys help keep me grounded and reinforce the importance of balance, connection, and self-compassion – values I strive to bring into the therapeutic space.
